AquaFit is a program of exercises and training in water based on swimming. In aquatic sessions we practice and instruct different swimming styles, including free, chest, back and butterfly.
In addition, a variety of strokes and kicks exercises that fortify all the parts of the body. This turns it a great alternative of training since the exercises are of low impact working the muscles without hurting the body.
We offer the sessions early Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00am to begin refreshed the day and a nocturnal schedule at 7:00pm to exercise after work.
